The goal of the Alliance is to assure that the community understands the scope of substance abuse in the Livingston County and its role in preventing substance abuse.

Description:
The objectives of the groups are to:

Increase public awareness of substance abuse issues and addiction in the county.
Increase availability of recreational and positive activities for youth.
Decrease parental involvement in the availability of substances to youth.
