Kid’s Wings provides free air transportation to those in financial need and in medical need of treatment at distant facilities and for whom commercial air transportation is either unaffordable or impractical.

Description:
While our focus is on infants and children, we also provide this service to anyone who is in need, regardless of age. We work in cooperation with Angel Flight and Lifeline Pilots, often accepting flights on short notice that would otherwise go unfilled. This enables those with serious medical problems to get to or from their treatment locations as they require.

All pilots and board members are volunteers who serve without compensation, donating their time, expertise and a portion of the cost of the mission.

History:
Flights have been provided since 2001 and Kid's Wings was formed in 2004. We have done over 150 flights for people from, to or through this area,
