Our Purpose is to bring together people
interested in History, especially the history of
Green Oak Township. Understanding the History of
our community is basic to our democratic way of life,
giving us a better understanding of our state and
nation and promotes a better appreciation of our
American heritage.

Description:
We feel that our partnership with the township and the society is beneficial for the residents of Green Oak. We offer programs, tours, displays, exhibits, a research library and research service. As funds are raised the building will be restored, and renovated. The Society will be offering public use of this historic hall as a local meeting place, which is so desperately needed by the residents of Green Oak.
