We provide the ultimate in end-of-life care. Avalon Hospice is an independent, non-profit organization. We focus solely upon providing the best in hospice care to our community. Our staff strive to always be their best, because they know they are cared for, and they believe in what they do. We make every attempt to keep our residential facility a utopia of warmth, genuine caring, and peace.
Avalon Hospice relies on the continuing support of dedicated, trained volunteers to help provide for the needs of our patients and their loved ones.

History:
Avalon Hospice was founded in 1981 and is a non-profit hospice program. We are licensed by the State of Michigan and are certified by Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross. In October of 2000, we opened our current building on Stone Bridge Drive, which houses our offices and residence facility. We serve Genesee, Livingston, Oakland, Shiawassee, Saginaw, Tuscola, and Lapeer Counties.
